We guarantee that our travelers will receive the best possible price for
their vacation with us. Travel Concepts will beat any legitimate price on an
equivalent package at the time of booking.  Please note that the space must
be available for Travel Concepts to make your reservation.

Travel Concepts Price Guarantee for Cruises: 

We guarantee our quoted price will match the cruise line's lowest available price available directly to the public at the time of booking.    If the cruise line has availability on the same sailing and category for less, let us know at the time of booking and we will match the price.   Rates change daily. Guarantee applies only to new bookings and only to direct rates offered to the public from the preferred cruise lines listed at

Travel Concepts Travel Guarantee:

We guarantee the quality of your vacation! If you experience problems or
concerns while on your vacation, please let us know about them and we will
pursue remedies for you with the supplier of those services. In addition, we
will provide you with a $100 travel certificate that can be applied toward
a future trip through Travel Concepts.
